The objective of this WP is to implement the incident evolution methodology incorporating cascading effects into existing incident management frameworks used by end users in Europe today.

The tools will be developed in close cooperation with end users (first responders, emergency managers, decision makers, etc.), and will be designed to support cross border operations while taking into account a wide European perspective.
